Capacitive CW Touch Keyer PCB
Tools: KiCad
A low-profile CW touch keyer based on M0UKD’s circuit, modified to include copper pad paddles, an SMD TRS jack, and coin-cell power.
Raspberry Pi Mini Server Rack
Tools: 3D Printing, Networking, Docker, Proxmox
A modular 3D-printed rack to house multiple Raspberry Pi boards, a mini-PC, and a switch—my own homelab playground.
USB-C PD Voltage Selector
Tools: Schematic design
Built a switchable power output between 9V and 12V using a PD trigger board and a DPDT on-off-on toggle.
📡 Amateur Radio Projects
QRP Labs Repair Log
Radios Fixed: QMX(+), QDX, QCX-mini and QCX+
Documented the teardown and successful repair of a QMX. Includes troubleshooting SMPS circuitry and restoring power rails.
Youth on the Air (ZL4YOTA)
Helped operate and promote youth activity on HF. Focused on getting teens involved through events and school-based demos.

UART Reverse Engineering Toolkit
Tools: Logic Analyzer, Python, C++
Used an $8 AliExpress logic analyzer and open-source software to decode UART traffic from a mystery network switch.
🛠️ 3D Printing Projects
Morse Key Shells (K6ARK Mods)
Tools: Tinkercad, FDM printing
Customized enclosure models for K6ARK-style tiny Morse keys. Modified for New Zealand component sizing and M3x screws.
Pegboard Solder Spool Holder
Specs: 63.3 mm OD, 57 mm width
Custom OpenSCAD model for holding standard 500g solder rolls on a pegboard, with front feed guides and anti-spin features.
